Since 2001 it's been my mission to provide divorced women and moms with the support they need to be at their best, during and after divorce. Solo Mama coaching empowers women and moms to handle their divorced life (and the stress that comes with it) with wisdom, dignity and courage. All Solo Mama coaching sessions are conducted by phone, and our Solo Mama classes (called teleclasses) are held on conference call lines. No babysitter necessary. No long drive across town. Just get comfy, call in.
